SPEEDY FLUX AGF-780DS-AA is a low residual, mat type post flux for lead free soldering developed for the automatic soldering process of PCB’s with high density mounting, chips and discrete components. Transparent resin is used as base material in this RA type flux,
containing halogen base activator. This flux has an excellent solderability and leaves no residue after soldering, therefore, no needs cleaning of the flux residue after soldering.
FEATURES
1. AGF-780DS-AA is capable of soldering firmly chips and discrete
components to the PCB in lead free soldering process.
2. AGF-780DS-AA shows excellent solder rising/penetration to the through
hole board.
3. Excellent solderability to the components can eliminate soldering defects,
such as non-wetting, bridges and icicles in soldering process.
4. PWB surface gives uniformly frosty appearance after soldering process.
5. Flux residue after soldering sustains high insulation resistance.
6. This flux is no cleaning, RA type flux.
