The factory site is over 3300 square meters, 2 individual buildings for sewing department & trimming department, with kinds of brand-new functional, technical equipments and machines to satisfy all the requirements of garment manufacturing. And on each of our products, we perform strict QC process & testing, which including fabric examination, accessories function test, washing test, chemical material test...and 100% inspection from cutting, sewing to packing. This helps ensure that goods meet all customer's requirement! For 2009, the ISO9001:2000 and wrap certificate are proceeding, expecting to have them very soon! We have 4 production lines with over 250 experienced labors; professional technician team of patterns & designing and efficient marketing team that provide the most expert and quality service for all customers. And our own brand – Asaburu, of high technical fabric jeans and casual wear are just in Asia & Europe market for 2009 winter season!
